Mark Nizer - 2011 McCain Performance Series

Mark Nizer, a juggler and comedian, performed his 3-D show tonight at McCain Auditorium. It was the first show of the 2011 McCain Performance Series. I have covered several shows at this venue, located on K-State's campus, and I really think it is nice place to see performances. This is just a one photo post, but thanks for looking!

KSU vs. Kent State - Football

After a bye-week last Saturday, the K-State football team was back at it tonight at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. This week, the Wildcats hosted Kent State. Early in the first quarter a K-State defensive back returned an interception for a touchdown, and the route was on. The final score was, 37-0, in favor of Kansas State. A much improved team from two weeks ago, but next week will be a true test as the Wildcats travel to Florida to play the University of Miami. Below are few frames the game.

KSU vs. Eastern Kentucky - Football

Saturday was K-State's first football game of the 2011 season. The Colonels of Eastern Kentucky came to Bill Snyder Family Stadium to face the Wildcats and a sold-out, 50,000 person stadium. This was a low scoring game that left the scoreboard 0-0 at halftime. After a fumble by the Wildcats in the second half, the Colonels took a 7-0 lead. The Wildcats responded by kicking a field goal, and with less than a minute to play in the game, K-State scored the game-winning touchdown. Below are a few frames from the game.
